The plant produces adhesives for paper, acrylic, vinyl, non-woven, fiberglass and textile wallpapers and photo wallpapers, known on the Polish market for many years. These adhesives are produced on the basis of technical sodium carboxymethylcellulose salt. The Company’s production potential is concentrated in the production department, where high-performance machines and production equipment are installed. Each of our products – both ready-made wallpaper adhesives , photo wallpaper adhesives and primers – is distinguished by excellent properties.

Laboratory tests of wallpaper adhesives

To provide our customers with the highest quality products, we conduct professional laboratory tests of wallpaper adhesives . Our goal is to provide products with optimal technical parameters. Over several decades of activity in the industry, we have not only developed the production process itself down to the smallest detail, but also implemented appropriate quality control procedures.

Our laboratory tests on wallpaper adhesives focus on, among others: on the chemical analysis of the composition of a given product. They allow you to detect the possible presence of mechanical impurities or large particles of binder coagulates, which could prevent perfect adhesion of the wallpaper to the substrate.

We also check the acidity and alkalinity of the glue, ensuring that it has the optimal pH. Tests are also performed in terms of rheological properties, which determine whether the adhesive will be easy to apply and will not create streaks. In addition, the durability of the adhesive and its ability to be diluted with water, drying time, abrasion resistance and resistance to various temperature conditions, as well as the water absorption and permeability of the adhesive coating are also checked. The exact scope of testing depends on the type and purpose of the adhesive.
